Includes a 60 minute comprehensive evaluation for diagnosis, treatment planning, counseling needs ad referrals. and electronic medication prescribing

Visits are approximately 30 minutes and includes and includes medication management for established patinets (up to 3 months of medication refills). 

For new patients, includes one visit with nurse practitioner for Virginia medical marijuana certification evaluation and patient education.

This is for individuals who have received a medical marijuana certification through Acacia Health Partners in the past and need to renew their certificate
